Do you ship to ________?

Yes! We ship worldwide for free!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order processing may vary between 1-7 business days before shipment. Please refer to our delivery page for information about how long your order will take to arrive.

How do returns and exchanges work?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us within 14 days. So when ordering an item please double check you are ordering the right item, and the colour is correct. For further information please refer to our refund policy

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an email as soon as possible. After an order has been fulfilled and marked for shipping, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

I have only received some of the goods I ordered. 

We have different distributors for different items, so some items may arrive earlier than others. If you wish to know status of your other items, send us an email with your name and order number.

Can I order an item to arrive before a specific date?

If you need an order to arrive before a specific date - for example, in time for a birthday or for Christmas - then please email us in advance to arrange shipping details. We offer free standard shipping globally, however if you require your goods to arrive quicker than standard shipping can allow (see delivery) then you must pay to upgrade from standard to express shipping.
